As well as maintaining our systems and ‘keeping the lights on’, we gather business intelligence, deliver complex system upgrades, provide innovative contact centre and mobile technology, design, build, and maintain new systems for future digital technology to enable us to continue to deliver a high quality service to our customers.
We work as one team with multiple Framework and Alliance Partners for example: Capgemini, Atos and Airbus to name some of them, which enables us to deliver a seamless service to our customers.
We are always thinking digital first and continually looking at ways of exploiting information and technology in order to always put the Customer first.
