Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) underpins everything we do in our business at Anglian Water. As well as maintaining our systems and ‘keeping the lights on’, we gather business intelligence, deliver complex system upgrades, provide innovative contact centre and mobile technology, design, build, and maintain new systems for future digital technology to enable us to continue to deliver a high quality service to our customers.

 

We work as one team with multiple Framework and Alliance Partners for example: Capgemini, Atos and Airbus to name some of them, which enables us to deliver a seamless service to our customers.

 

We are always thinking digital first and continually looking at ways of exploiting information and technology in order to always put the Customer first. We are leading the digital transformation of our business enabling us to become fit for the future by building our success on solid foundations and providing dependable, resilient, secure IT & OT (Operational Technology) services.

Programme Delivery

Digital Product & Engineering

From cloud platforms to advanced data analytics, this team leads the way in software development, UX design, AI, and data science. They create and maintain the digital tools that empower our workforce and enhance customer interactions.

Data

Our data-centric roles drive innovation and efficiency across the business. Data Analysts collect and process information to support decision-making, while Data Scientists work on complex projects. Whilst the Data Engineers focus on developing and maintaining the company’s data infrastructure, enabling advanced business intelligence and analytics.

Emma is one of our Cyber Security Analysts and joined Anglian Water as part of the Graduate Management Programme. “One of the great things about the Graduate Management Programme was getting to work with different teams and getting a broader understanding what Information Services do and of how our business works as a whole. This broader knowledge has been invaluable in my career and I use it every day in my Cyber role”.

Test Analyst

Zake has been a Test Analyst since joining Anglian Water in 2019. “ My job involves taking ownership of testing to manage, maintain and improve Anglian Water Services test capabilities. I collaborate with project teams to help assure that test procedures and policies are being met”

Lauren is a Digital Partner. She joined in 2014 and has been working as a Digital Partner since 2019. “My job involves exploring strategic improvements and new solutions that help us meet our Performance Commitments and efficiency targets. I’m also a member of the Future Leaders’ Board, who work together to provide new perspectives on our business challenges and report into the Management Board.”
