Hints and tips

Right to Work

You may be asked to bring Right to Work documents with you to your interview. This request will be in your email invite. Right to Work documents are necessary to ensure we are compliant with government legislation.

Which documents to bring depends on your nationality and what kind of permission you have to work in the UK.

  • If you have a full UK passport, can you please bring this with you. Your passport can be out of date.
  • If you have a non-UK passport / BRP / eVisa, can you please bring this with you. We can obtain the share code at a later date.
  • If you do not have any of these, and are a UK national, we will need to see a full birth certificate (including at least one of your parents’ names), and proof of national insurance number. This can be a P45, P60, National Insurance card, or an official letter from HMRC which shows your NI number.
  • Please note, if the name on your passport or birth certificate is different to the name you are now known by, we will also need to see proof of name change. This can be through either marriage certificate or deed poll.

Dress Code

We would like you to represent your true self at the interview and we would encourage you to wear what you feel comfortable in, that’s suitable for the environment you are applying to. In most cases this is likely to be professional, but not always formal.
